1) Columns with a * are the required fields we need to create an advisor's account and must be filled in.

Note: for Role*, please select Advisor (full access to BridgeU) or Report Writer (only able to write a reference report).

2) Please add all required details for each advisor that you assign to a student in the 'Students' sheet.

3) To complete the student data, click on the sheet called 'Students' at the bottom of this column.
1) Columns with a * are the required fields we need to create a student's account. Any columns without a * can be left blank.

2) All fields can be updated/edited once uploaded to BridgeU, so if a student's assigned advisor is not known, please input the main advisor's email address.

3) The School Student ID column is for the ID you have for your students in your MIS (i.e. iSAMS) or in your LMS (i.e. ManageBac).

4) You can add one or multiple custom labels for each student in the Labels column. To add multiple labels please separate the label names with a semicolon. Custom label examples: tutor group name, subject interest (e.g. Medicine) or application deadlines (e.g. Early Decision).

5) Graduation Year is the year a student will leave your school.

6) Date of Birth is required for submitting application documents via BridgeU but can also be added at a later date. The format should be YYYY-MM-DD.

7) For the correct way to enter the country of birth in the Country column, please select from the drop down menu.

8) Gender column input formats should be either Male, Female or Neither.

9) Parent details should only be included here if you want parents to receive their own accounts for their child's BridgeU account. Please leave blank otherwise. Parents can be given access at a later date if necessary.
